Use of Website
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use this website.
Acceptable use: You may use this site for lawful purposes only. No illegal activity or misuse of clinical content is permitted.
Intellectual Property
Content ownership: All logos, images, text, and video content on this site belong to Balanced Pilates & Wellness Boutique.
Restrictions: Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from the studio owner.
Products & Services
Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in all service descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
Orders: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Physical Therapy services are managed through Prompt EMR. Pilates and Nutrition services are managed through Momence.
Cancellations: Physical Therapy appointments require a 24 hour notice. Failure to provide notice results in a $25 late fee or a $50 no-show fee. Membership termination requires a 30 day notice and a $100 fee for early termination.
