Stories of Restoration

Moving with confidence again.

"After years of 'traditional' physical therapy that felt like a gym workout, coming to Balanced was a revelation. Betsy and Abbey actually listened to my history. They didn't just treat my knee; they helped me understand how my whole body was moving. For the first time in a decade, I’m hiking without pain.”

- Sarah M.

“Very appreciative of the individualized services. PT services have been excellent in large part to Betsy's thorough exams and her receptive listening skills.

- Anonymous

“Completed PT at Balances Pilates with an emphasis on pelvic floor and hip strength. Was very impressed with the amount of knowledge their specialists have. I have been very happy with the outcome.”

- Lori H.

“Abby is an awesome physical therapist. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything from the treatment plan, the exercises, and also to any and all questions I had. Furthermore, the entire staff there is kind, knowledgeable, and caring always.”
