Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Balanced Pilates and Wellness Boutique

General Policy

Balanced Pilates and Wellness Boutique provides high-quality restorative care and professional services. Please review these guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

Refunds

  • Services and Memberships: All services and purchases are non-refundable. This includes class credits, punch cards, and membership fees.

  • Merchandise (Printify): Merchandise is printed on demand. Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged products or manufacturing defects. You must report these issues within 30 days of delivery.

  • Supplements (Thorne): Supplement sales are final. If you purchased through our Thorne portal, their individual return policy applies.

  • Process: Contact manager.balancedpilates@gmail.com to report damaged merchandise. Provide your order number and a photo of the defect.

Cancellations

  • Physical Therapy (Prompt EMR): We require 24 hour notice for all PT cancellations. No-show appointments result in a $50 fee. These fees are not covered by insurance.

  • Group Classes (Momence): We require 12 hour notice for all class cancellations. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, the class credit is forfeited.

  • Memberships (Momence): Monthly memberships require a 30 day notice for termination. Early termination is subject to a $100 fee.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • All Physical Therapy evaluations and sessions.

  • All Pilates classes and private sessions.

  • All Nutrition consultations and recorded workshops.

  • Digital class downloads and on-demand content.

  • Gift cards and boutique credits.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies or studio closures due to extreme weather. These are handled on a case by case basis.
