  • Betsy is a physical therapist, instructor, and the founder of Balanced. She founded the studio to merge clinical rehab with functional movement.

    She loves to deliver a class with a mindful flow that challenges your strength and mobility and supports your nervous system.

    • She is always training for something… usually a triathlon or marathon, and would like to run an ultramarathon some day.
