Experience the support and resistance of professional STOTT Pilates equipment in a semi-private setting. To ensure you receive the personalized attention you deserve, equipment classes are strictly limited to 4 people total.
Reformer: Build strength and length using the versatile resistance of the Reformer.
Springwall: Focus on unilateral strength and stability using the spring-loaded resistance of the wall.
Mixed Equipment: A dynamic circuit-style class utilizing the Reformer, Springwall, and Stability Chair.

You can get access to an on-demand library of classes to support your practice with your favorite instructors whenever and wherever you need it most.

Enjoy the benefits of STOTT Pilates from a seated or supported position. These classes provide a safe and low impact environment for those managing complex conditions or seeking to improve balance. Membership in Silver Sneakers is not required to attend, though we proudly accept this benefit for eligible participants.

What you should know.

Comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. For safety and hygiene, we require grip socks for all equipment classes.

While not required for Mat classes, we highly recommend a Custom Start or consultation for equipment classes to ensure your safety and success.

Absolutely. Our "no matter your starting point" philosophy means every class includes modifications to meet you where you are.
If you’ve never done Pilates at all before, our Custom Start private sessions are a great way to get familiar.

We use a credit based system where credits can be flexibly applied to many classes and services.
We offer memberships and punch cards with credits.
