The focus at Jane's Green Table is learning to eat to maximize your health.
A lot of foods available do just the opposite and it is hard to pick your food path. Through group classes, individual counseling sessions, support groups and more, Jane's Green Table can give you the confidence to know what you really should be eating.
Classes are offered on a monthly basis. Watch for special events and educational classes.
Jane has a degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts. She recently completed her certificate in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition with Cornell University.
