About Balanced Kitchen
Balanced Kitchen is a collaboration between Balanced Pilates’ Registered Dietitian Dawn Earnesty, Chef Robert Hadley and Balanced Owner Betsy O’Malley.
Seasonal, flavorful, nutritious foods are prepared on-site for your convenience.
A variety of snack and meal options that are vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and full of vegetables, whole grains and lean protein are available.

• Registered Dietitian Planned (nutritional facts provided)
• Choose your food options from a weekly menu (new choices each week)
• Food pick up is on Tuesday between 8am and 1pm
• Ability to tailor to your dietary restrictions and preferences
• Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, seafood and other lean protein options
• Meals are nutrient-dense with loads of vitamins and minerals!
